DBS-90
Stopper/Separating stops, Pneumatic, Damped
Functional description
The stopper places one or multiple pallets in a defined position and clears them individually for downstream transport. The stopping process is damped for a gentle deceleration.
Proximity switches can be employed to identify the upper and lower positions of the stop.
The DBS-90 is the more powerful, convenient and safer successor to the DBS-20/60. You can find all the advantages at a glance HERE.
- higher damping capacity (+50 %)
- easier adjustment of damping force through adjustment screw on top
- integrated front pinch protection
- significantly quieter when lowering
- backwards compatible due to exactly the same dimensional interface and smaller installation space, RD variant with identical damping stroke as DBS-20/60
- additional low-priced variant inductive interrogation available
- much higher robustness against residual impacts
- smaller CO2 footprint due to lower machining volume
- stable price despite strongly increasing material and energy costs
